Bar Services

At Trattoria, we provide full bar service for any occasion. All of our bartenders are TIPS certified, meaning they have taken and passed the West Virginia approved alcohol awareness training program.

Open Bar Package
This option allows guests to enjoy unlimited drinks for a set period at a fixed price per person. The host pays a flat rate per guest for a set duration and will know exactly how much the invoice will be before the event takes place. The client will have the opportunity to switch to a cash bar after a set time or budget cap.

Consumption Bar Option

With this option, the host only pays for what their guests actually consume. The final bill is calculated at the end of the event based on the total number of drinks served. The host can set limits (e.g., only beer & wine, no top-shelf liquor). The host may also pre-set a spending cap, and once reached, the bar converts to a cash bar.

Cash Bar Option

When choosing this option, guests purchase their own drinks individually. This option is ideal for events where the host does not want to cover the full cost of beverages, but still wants professional bar service.

*There will be a $150 gratuity fee added the final invoice per bartender for a 3 hour event,

$200 for a 4 hour event and $250 for a 5 hour event.

Trattoria Margarita

$300 per display

Enjoy our signature batch margaritas, freshly crafted in small batches for the perfect balance of zesty lime, smooth tequila, and a touch of sweetness. Served chilled and ready to pour!

Champagne Toast

$6 per person

Raise your glass and celebrate in style with our elegant champagne toast! A perfect way to mark special moments. Our carefully selected bubbly is served chilled and beautifully presented for you and your guests to enjoy!

Important Notes

Drinkware

We elevate your drinking experience with our crystal-cut disposable glassware, designed to add a touch of sophistication to every sip. Crafted for both style and function, these premium glasses enhance the aroma, flavor, and presentation of your favorite cocktails, wines, and spirits.

Bar Tender Fee

There is a $30 per hour fee for each bartender to be paid by the host. We require one bartender per 75 guests unless you request more for your event.

Setup & Breakdown Fee

A two hour setup & breakdown fee of $30/hr per bartender will be applied to all guest invoices

Gratuities

There is an 18% gratuity added to every event to be paid by the host.

**Bartenders reserve the right to refuse service to guests who appear intoxicated or underage.

**All guests may be subject to presenting proper identification
